Our Story: Family-Owned Since 2010

Bellini Italian Cuisine is a family-owned Italian restaurant in Holly Springs, NC. It began in 2010 in Fuquay-Varina, when Ecuadorian chef Abel Atauchi and his brother and business partner, Adan, opened the doors to a small haven of Italian flavors. The restaurant thrived and grew, including a location at MacGregor Village in Cary. But our heart always stayed with our loyal guests in Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina, so with humility and gratitude, we came back to our roots and opened our Holly Springs home next to Walmart on Alford Hwy.

Our mission is simple: cook Italian food the way it's meant to be cooked, and make every guest in Holly Springs feel like family. That means pasta made by hand every morning, sauces and dishes built from fresh ingredients, and a team that treats first-timers and regulars the same way.
